Clearview Fence

High security fence also called '358 FENCE' '3510 fence' 'antifinger fence' 'clearvu fence'. It is a high cost version of steel fence. The panel is welded with low carbon steel wire，Material Grade: Q195, Surface treatment by Electrostatic polyester powder stray coating(Powder-coated) over galvanized materials. And then connect the fence panels with post by suitable clamps(Clips).Due to the 12.7*76.2mm small mesh size, it is anti cut & anti finger climb.

Clearview Fence is also known as Clear Vu Fence, 358 Fence, or High-security fence. It is a high-security, high-see-through fence wall to protect your territory, mainly used around residential and commercial areas, so what’s the advantages of Clearview Fence? Below we explain in detail:

1：Mesh Size

Mesh size we also call aperture opening or hole size, it will make the Clearview fence enough strong and at the same time enough safe and also will make the Clearview fence invisible.

There are more people using Clearview fence in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Nigeria (called anti-finger fence), Botswana, etc., we have 3 types of mesh size of the Clearview fence:

Option 1: The high security mesh size (Premium Option)76.2mm x 12.7mm, which is a smaller aperture and high security fence Anti-cutting and anti-climb, the high security Clearview fence is the best protection for your areas, the cost of this option may be a little high, but it is also effective maximum security, so this is the most popular option for customers.

Option 2: The Econo 25 Medium security mesh size is 76.2mm x 25mm, and this size is a medium-sized Clearview Fence, and the cost is cheaper than the high security mesh size,

Option 3: The Basic 50 security mesh size is 75mm x 50mm, the large aperture is used for low safety perimeter fence, which is more invisible but lower cost. It’s great for the client who need the lower budget for the Clearview fence.

2: WIRE DIAMETER

The wire diameter is the most important specification for the whole Clearview fence, we welded the fence panel use hundreds of Q195 low carbon steel wire.

For the Clearview Fence, we usually do horizontal wire diameter 3mm and vertical wire diameter 4mm. This design will make the Clearview fence stronger and safer, and also makes the fence more cost-effective. Because we use more horizontal wires, about 150-200 pcs per panel, so that's ok if we use a smaller diameter wire, then use the 4mm stronger vertical wire to strengthen the fence panel. This is a very perfect design. and also, the standard design for Clearview fence.

and there also have some clients who need the Clearview fence stronger, then we will use a 4mm diameter for both horizontal and vertical wire, the more thicker wire diameters will make the Clearview fence stronger, of course, the cost will also be more.

3: Surface treatment of the Clearview fence,

Surface treatment of the fence likes our clothes to protect our body. So we made the good surface treatment for the Clearview fence, so that the fence can be used for a long time and no rust.

We have the following types coating:

l  Pre galvanized+ powder coating (all colors in RAL available)

l  Pre galvanized+ PVC coating

l  Hot Dipped galvanized(40-60g/m²) + Powder Coating (all colors in RAL available)

l  Hot Dipped galvanized(40-60g/m²) + PVC Coated

l  Hot Dipped Galvanized after welding (500g/m²)

We use architectural grade specialty powder coatings.

This coating is super durable and eco-friendly. Our powder coating provides the industry's highest weather ability and gloss retention under UV exposure. can use 3 times longer than competitor powder coating.

4：Additional Top Spikes Option

The spikes are like shark tooth, when you touch it, your hand will feel pain, which will add more security to the Clearview fence. This will add some cost but will definitely be safer.
